Clinton Township reads and bills for water, sewerage disposal and refuse pick-up monthly. Payments can be made using the return envelope enclosed, in-person at the Treasurer's Office located within the Civic Center, in the drop box located outside the main entrance of the Administrative Building or by automatic bill payment through your checking or savings account. Automatic billing application forms are available from the Water Department at (586) 286-9300. Automatic billing will begin in 30-60 days after an application is filled out and returned to the Water Department.

Payments are no longer accepted at any banking institution.

During regular business hours, you can obtain billing information, request a final bill or schedule a service request at the Water and Sewer Department at (586) 286-9300.

For information about an excavation repair or landscape clean up please call the Shook Road Maintenance Facility at (586) 791-1766.

In order to receive a final bill you must call in a meter reading the day of, or afternoon prior to your closing. Final bills shall be picked up at the Treasurer's Office and paid by cash, certified check, or money order. A paid receipt will then be given for the closing.
