Pay by Electronic Check:

Electronic Check Payment Option

Same-day electronic payments from your checking or savings account are now being accepted.  Your payment is processed over a secure connection.  There is NO FEE for this service.

  • You will need your Parcel ID and your bank routing & account information to complete the transaction.
  • Payments made after 7 p.m. EST will be credited the next business day. 
  •  Only one payment is accepted per parcel within a 7 day period.
  •  A maximum of 7 parcels may be paid from a single bank account within a 7 day period.

PAY AT THE TREASURER'S OFFICE

BRING YOUR ENTIRE TAX FORM with you in order to receive a receipt.  We accept only cash or check at the Treasurer's office. 

A DROP BOX is located at the main doors of the Civic Center Building. Clearly label your correspondence ATTN: Treasurer.  Payments received after 4:30 p.m. will be credited for the next business day.

PAY AT ANY COMERICA BRANCH IN MACOMB COUNTY

BRING THE ENTIRE TAX FORM. Partial payments are not accepted.

Write your Parcel ID number on your check, made payable to "Clinton Township Treasurer" and mail to 40700 Romeo Plank Road, Clinton Township MI 48038. 

If a receipted copy is desired, you must send the entire bill and enclose a self-addressed, stamped return envelope with your check. 

The Township accepts the U.S. Postmarked date when determining timely payments.

 PAYMENT BY CHECK is accepted only as a conditional payment.  If not honored by the bank, taxes remain unpaid and are subject to penalties and/or interest.  The Township will also assess a $25.00 fee each time a check is returned to us unpaid.Â
