All complaints must be in writing and addressed to the Building Department. The address is:

Clinton Township, MI 48038

Simply state the nature of the complaint and the address it pertains to. You may either sign the complaint as a concerned citizen or state your name. The complaint is then entered into our Computer Program and issued a computer number for reference. It is then assigned to an Inspector. An inspector will investigate as soon as possible.

If the nature of the complaint is such that the Building Department would not address it, it will then be forwarded onto the appropriate Department (i.e., DPW, Police).

The Charter Township of Clinton, Department of Building seeks bids from State Licensed Contractors to demolish township owned residential structures at the following six locations:  1743 Clara, 20122 Nicke, 22031 Sharkey, and 23020 Quinn, and sheds at 20767 Broadacres and 20195 Nicke.  To read more on this please CLICK HERE.
