Please be advised that there is one vacancy on the Historical Commission.  The committee meets the last Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.  Terms are for three years.  This term expires April 13, 2011.  The commission shall be responsible for the general administration of the Township historical site and any and all other historical properties and shall acquire, collect and exhibit in the name of the Township all necessary historical documents, materials, equipment and other things necessary for the effective operation of the Township’s historical sites.Interested individuals should complete an Application for Appointment which can be downloaded HERE or obtained from the Trustee's Office.  The deadline to submit an application for either committee is noon on May 30, 2008.

The township has two vacancies on the Cultural Diversity Committee.  The committee meets the last Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. These terms are for two years. The purpose of the committee is to cause and encourage cultural awareness that fosters open communication and positive interaction among citizens of the Township and to promote cultural diversity projects which may include, but are not limited to, such activities as brochures, pamphlets, festivals and other recommendations and reports that will be an aid to the Township and its citizens.
