Below are links to the agenda and minute files for the last several years. When you click on the appropriate link, you will be taken to a listing of the years for which data is available. Click then on the year of your choice. The files are named as follows:

MMM represents the meeting type where:
TB = Township Board
TM = Board Minutes
CS = Civil Service Commission
CM = Civil Service Commission Minutes
PC = Planning Commission
PM = Planning Commission Minutes
ZBA = Zoning Board of Appeals
ZBM = Zoning Board Minutes
DDDDDD is the date of the meeting.
TYPE is the type of file. Three types of files have been used to archive this data over the years. HTM is a standard web page. DOC is a Microsoft Word document which requires either Microsoft Word or the downloadable Microsoft Word Viewer. PDF, which is the standard going forward, is an Adobe Portable Document Format file, viewable with Acrobat Reader from www.adobe.com.
