Department Overview

The Clinton Township Human Resource Department is responsible for Township-wide labor and employee relations.  The Department administers employee benefit programs such as health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance and workers' compensation.  The Department also develops and recommends personnel policies, negotiates collective bargaining agreements with the Township's thirteen unions, assists operating departments with training and disciplinary actions,  responds to employee grievances and coordinates employee safety programs.
